1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 - The contract between Mega Grafic's.r.l. and the Customer must agree concluded with the acceptance, even only partial, of the order of Mega Grafic's.r.l. This acceptance is considered tacit if not otherwise communicated with whichever modality the Customer. By placing an order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have taken vision of all the indications to he supplied during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.
1.2 - If the Customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once concluded the purchase procedure online, provvederà to print or to save copy electronic and however to conserve the present general conditions of sale, subject to the provisions of the articles. 50 and ss of the D. Lgs. 206/05.
1.3 - it Is excluded any right of Customer to damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, provokes to you from the lacked acceptance, also partial, of an order.
2. HOW TO PURCHASE
2.1 - The Customer may only purchase products in the electronic catalog of the site www.megagraficsrl.it at the time of placing the order, as described in the relative informative cards. It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive card of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but to differ for color, dimensions, products present accessories in figure. All support information acquisition (Glossary buying Guide, etc...) are considered as simple generic informative material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.
2.2 - correct receipt of order is confirmed by Mega Graphic's.r.l. by a reply by e-mail, sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain Date and Time of execution order and a 'Order Number to be used in any further communication with Mega Grafic's.r.l. The message will include all data entered by the Customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections, using the customer service.
2.3 - In the case of non-acceptance of the order, Mega Grafic's.r.l. ensures timely communication to the Customer.
3. METHOD OF PAYMENT
3.1 - credit Card: in cases of purchase of goods with payment by Credit Card, your credit card occurs at the time of the execution of the order through the Banking platform.
3.2 - Mega Grafic's.r.l. we reserve the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g. fixed telephone number) or sending copies of documents proving the ownership of the Paper used. In the absence of the required documentation, Mega Grafic's.r.l. we reserve the right not to accept the order.
3.3 - At no time during the purchase procedure Mega Grafic's.r.l. is able to know information about the buyer's credit card, transmitted through secure connection directly to the website of the bank that handles the transaction. Mega Graphic's.r.l. may retain such data only on explicit request and consent of the customer: in this case, Mega Grafic's.r.l. guarantees that such data are stored according to safety standards certificates and that they are displayed always in a masquerade.
3.4 - delivery: in case of purchase on delivery, will be applied to the total an additional contribution clearly at the time of the choice of the mode of payment. The payment is made directly to the courier or postman, will be at the time of delivery of the products. And’ possible to pay in cash only, it is not possible to pay with checks. For any reason, the customer should refuse the order, Mega Grafic's.r.l. has the right to claim from the buyer all costs and expenses incurred for the return of the parcel, of stock and shipping charges of the way.
4. DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
4.1 - Mega Grafic's.r.l. can only accept orders with delivery in Italian territory, San Marino and the Vatican City. It is, however, excluded the delivery in the resorts of Livigno, Trepalle-livigno and Campione d'italia
4.2 - delivery costs, if any, are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly indicated in the ordering. Nothing is more due by the Customer with respect to the total order.
4.3 - No liability can be attributed to Mega Grafic's.r.l. in case of delay in execution of the order or delivery of the order.
4.4 - the delivery of The ordered means at street level unless:
- different communication of our customer service,
- as provided in the technical sheet of the product,
- the purchase express delivery to the plan, if applicable.
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- the number of packages delivered corresponds to what indicated in invoice
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet or however altered, also in closing materials (adhesive tape or strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified, affixing WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE (SPECIFYING THE REASON RESERVE, eg: "package perforated" package crushed", etc..) on the proof of delivery courier. Once signed the courier document, the Customer cannot oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of delivered goods.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of products received must be reported within 3 days from delivery, in accordance with the procedures provided in this document.
4.5 - In the event of lacked withdrawal within 5 work days you the present material in lying near the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to delivery delivery indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the ordered goods will be redelivered to the warehouses of Mega Grafic's.r.l. by charging all expenses to the buyer
4.6 The delivery times indicated on www.megagraficsrl.it are approximate and can vary up to a maximum of 30 working days.
5. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 - pursuant To art. 64 and ss of the D. Lgs. 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase indicating the order form a reference to VAT) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty.
5.2 - To exercise this right, the customer, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, you must contact the customer service Mega Grafic's.r.l. by sending an email to email@example.com or send a communication by registered letter with return receipt, stating that they wish to avail themselves of the right of withdrawal:

5.3 - The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- the law applies to product purchased in its entirety; you cannot exercise withdrawal on only part of the product purchased (eg: accessories, software, attachments, etc...);
- the law does not apply to: (i) to audiovisual products or to sealed software items (including those annexed to hardware material), once opened; (ii) products made to specifications or clearly personalized.
- the purchased goods must be intact and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend to enter into a second box should be avoided in all cases affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product;
- the shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the full responsibility of the Customer;
- on arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damages or tampering not caused by transport. If the package and/or original packaging are damaged, Mega Grafic's.r.l. will subtract from the refund due a percentage, but not more than 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
5.4 - The right of withdrawal lapses totally, for lack of the essential integrity of the good (confection and/or its contents), in cases in which Mega Grafic's.r.l. finds:
- the use diligent good that has compromised the integrity, or the use of any consumption materials;
- lack of external packaging and/or package, original interior;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
- damage to the product for causes different from transportation.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods remain at the headquarters of Mega Grafic's.r.l. at the Customer's disposal for the withdrawal charged to him.
All products sold by Mega Graphic's.r.l. are covered from the conventional guarantee of the producer and by the guarantee of 24 months for conformity defects, according to D. Lgs. 206/05. To qualify for warranty service, the Customer must keep the receipt of the payment.
6.1 - The 24 months warranty pursuant to legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products that present a conformity defect, provided the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved to the private Consumer (physical person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in order form a reference to VAT). In case of lack of conformity, Mega Grafic's.r.l. shall, without cost to the Customer, restore conformity of the product by repair/replacement or reduction of price, until the termination of the contract.
6.2 - in The event that, for whatever reason, not be able to make your customer a product in guarantee (restored or replaced), Mega Grafic's.r.l. may proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the asset or its replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics, or by issuing a voucher of the value of the goods.
6.3 - The timing of repair or replacement of the product depends only on producer policy and no damage can be requested to Mega Grafic's.r.l. for any delays in repairs or replacements.
6.4 in cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend to enter into a second box; should be avoided in all cases affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product. The Customer will be given an authorization number to return the product (RMA) which must be indicated on the outside of the packaging, following the indications provided directly on the e-mail of authorization.
7.1 - The personal data requested in phase of forwarding the order are collected and processed to meet the expressed demands of the Customer. Mega Grafic s.r.l. it guarantees its customers the respect of rules on the processing of personal data covered by the code on privacy referred to in D. Lgs. no. 196 of 30.06.03. 7.2 - applicable Law The contract of sale between the Customer and Mega Grafic's.r.l. is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For the solution of civil and penal controversies deriving from the conclusion of this distance sale contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial competence is that of the reference hole of his town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial competence is exclusively that of the court of Pescara.
